Conscripts,
On behalf of the Central Committee, I offer the following report:
- Recruiting. This month we have three recruits who have stepped off the troop train from the hinterland to join our ranks. Welcome to Ed, John and Joe!
- Tune-Ups. Based on your positive feedback, we are running another “HUMAN WAVE” tune-up at our next game day on 28 June at 8am at the American Legion Post 177, 3939 Oak Street, Fairfax, VA, 22030. Bring the scenario(s) you would like to play at the tournament and get feedback from more senior Conscripts on how to win!
- Help Wanted. The club can you use your help planning game days, the tournament, content for the Red Banner or wherever else you can make yourself useful. Although some or many of you may have been picked off the street of your home village and pressed into service here at the Front, everything we do is the result of work by our volunteers behind the scenes. Even only a few hours a month can make a big difference. The Security Ministry has informed the Committee that some of you are ‘retired’, so if you can find a few hours here and there to help out, we’d appreciate it. Besides, volunteering is always better than being drafted, right? Be sure to email and we’ll get you lined up with something you’d like to do. Spaseba!
- Red Banner. Our latest version is published here. The scenario John G put together looks great! Make yourself famous by writing up your latest victory or defeat for the next edition!
